Conference participants have the option of staying in the dorms on Bryn Athyn campus. Each air-conditioned suite consists of 3 rooms (2 doubles & 1 single) with a shared bath, full kitchen and common room.  The lodging cost is $85 per room per night with no additional taxes or fees. Price includes 1 set of linens. No maid service. Free WIFI will be available to all conference attendees.

Driving to Bryn Athyn? Consider bringing your bike. The campus is bike friendly. There are hiking and biking trails available at the nearby Pennypack Ecological Trust

OTHER LODGING OPTIONS

For those who may prefer not to room at Bryn Athyn College, a limited number of rooms have been reserved at the Crown Plaza Philadelphia-Bucks County 15 minutes from Bryn Athyn. Rooms are at a rate of $119 a night. Please call to make your reservation early if interested. This rate will only be available until June 1st. Mention American Glass Guild.

    Housing check in on Thursday, June 26 is from 2-4pm, and 6-8pm in the Brickman Center Great Hall, 2945 College Drive, Bryn Athyn, PA 19009. There is parking along the street and in a lot in front of the Brickman Center. You’ll see a fountain in front of the building and large wooden arched doors (come through those doors). If you will be arriving after 8pm, please call Campus Security at 267-502-2424. They will let you into your assigned room, and then you can pick up your keys on Friday between 10am-12pm.
